- You must download the driver first of all
- You are suggested to save this file on a temporary place for now
- Now the
press the combination of Windows + X keys from the board - Click on the Control panel from this menu
- Select the tab named Devices and Printers
- After
that you have to click on the Add a Printer option - It will let you access the wizard for Add Printer
- You should click on the prompt which says “The printer that I want is not listed.”
- Then click on the option “Add a local printer or network printer” and click next after this.
- Select to “create a new port”, and click “Standard TCP/IP Port” from the list named Type of Port
- Enter your IP number in the next section
- Click on the option “Have Disk” when the system asks you for it.
- Press the browse button to find out the same folder which you have extracted in
first step - Click on the Disk1 to ensure that you can see the INF file.
- Open this file and select the icon of your Ricoh printer
- There you will have to select whether you want to share the printer or not
- Click to print a test page and see if the software is working efficiently
